Haythem Kamel Haythem Kamel is a youth activist involved in the Euro-Arab civil society and in Youth Development. He is the co-founder of the Sustainable Development Association (SDA) and one of the founders and board members of the Egyptian Youth NGOs Federation, which mission is to improve collaboration among youth organizations and encourage the creation of national youth employment policies in Egypt. He worked at the League of Arab States (LAS) as the coordinator of the LAS Youth Forum, which helped develop a specific agenda to address youth issues in the Arab Region. LAS Youth Forum also allowed the creation of a stronger partnership between the League of Arab States and the Council of Europe. Haythem also worked at Anna Lindh Euro Mediterranean Foundation for Intercultural Dialogue where he organized and coordinated regional training sessions on citizenship and intercultural dialogue across the Arab world. He has been awarded with the Euro-Med Youth Award by the Euro Med Youth Program. He is now working as a freelance trainer and consultant for a number of international organizations.
