Guiding Jeremy’s personal and professional endeavors is a deep passion for people. Currently, he is an Institute for Business in the Global Context Scholar at The Fletcher School at Tufts University. There, he is pursuing a master’s degree in international business, specializing in global human resources. In addition to graduate school, Jeremy is a Global Human Resources Project Manager at Bank of America and the Human Resources Director of 180 Degrees Consulting, the world’s largest university-based consultancy. Upon graduation from Tufts University, Jeremy will enter Bank of America’s highly competitive Human Resources Leadership Development Program. Jeremy is also an advocate for bringing people of different cultures together. Jeremy presented on culture shock as it pertains to cross-cultural understanding at TEDxTufts 2015, collaborative approaches to public diplomacy at TEDxMacatawa 2015, and Department of Defense-sponsored cultural diplomacy initiatives at Expo Milano 2015. Before attending Fletcher, Jeremy served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. He completed three deployments in support of Operations ENDURING and IRAQI FREEDOM, earning three Air Medals. He continues to serve as a Captain in the Massachusetts Air National Guard. Jeremy graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Michigan State University in 2010, holds a Master of Arts in Diplomacy from Norwich University, has been recognized as a Distinguished Graduate of numerous military courses, and recreationally explores the life of President John Adams.
