Kay works on strategy and operations with the Poverty and Equity Global Practice at the World Bank. He has previously worked with the gender and UN relations units at the World Bank. Before joining the Bank, Kay worked on sustainable development at the UN, and on budgetary and legislative affairs in the Obama White House. Brooklyn born and Lagos raised, Kay studied at The City College of New York and Columbia University, where he was a U.S. Department of State Fellow.
