Molly Hellerman currently runs the Business Strategy team at Atlassian, an enterprise software company. Prior to her current role, Molly worked in the finance sector and in the NGO sector both in the US and internationally. She is the co-founder of SportsChallenge Leadership Alliance, trainer for Positive Coaching Alliance and former Executive Director of Chicago SCORES, a youth soccer & poetry program. Molly is a former collegiate athlete and professional soccer player in the UK. Given this background, Molly’s personal focus is on the use of sport to empower youth, especially young women and girls, develop cross-cultural understanding and ultimately build the next generation of leaders. She currently serves as a Fellow to both the United Nations (Alliance of Civilizations) and the British Council (Transatlantic Network 2020), Vice President of the Board of the Olympic Club Foundation, Chairman of the Board for The Accountability Lab and is a Council member to the Atlassian Foundation. Molly earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from Wellesley College. She resides in San Francisco.
